Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pixelsplatform.io ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you visit our website, create an account, subscribe to our services, or otherwise interact with us.

By using Pixelsplatform.io, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. About Us

Pixelsplatform.io is a subscription-based e-learning platform offering online courses and educational content.

Contact Details

Country of operation: Kuwait

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address or account-related contact information
  • Any information you submit when contacting us

Account and service information

  • Account registration details
  • Subscription status
  • Course access records and account activity

Payment information

Payments are processed through Tap Payments. We may receive limited transaction-related information such as purchase status, subscription status, order identifiers, and billing-related details. We do not directly store full payment card details on our own servers.

The Pixels mobile app

The mobile app collects the following in addition to the above. Device permissions are requested only at the moment the feature is used, and can be refused or withdrawn at any time in your device settings.

  • Photo library — only when you choose a profile picture or attach a reference image to a shoot. We do not read your library otherwise.
  • Camera — only when you take a reference photo for a shoot.
  • Your display name, profile picture and any social links you add.
  • Community messages and direct messages, including timestamps and read status.
  • Reports and blocks you create, including a copy of the reported message so moderators can review it after the original is deleted.
  • Course progress — the lesson you last watched and the lessons you have completed.

What other members can see

While you are signed in, other members can see that you are online, along with your display name, profile picture and subscription tier. This is broadcast for as long as the app is open and stops when you close it. Signing out stops it entirely.

What we do not collect

  • We do not collect your location.
  • We do not access your contacts, calendar, microphone or health data.
  • We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

3. How We Use Personal Data

  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Provide access to subscriptions and courses
  • Process or confirm purchases
  • Communicate about billing and updates
  • Maintain security and detect fraud
  • Improve our services and user experience
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis and Consent

Where required under applicable law, we collect and process personal data based on your consent, the need to provide requested services, our legitimate operational interests, or legal obligations. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it, subject to any lawful basis we may have to retain certain data.

5. Sharing of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share personal data only where necessary with:

  • Payment and billing providers, including Tap Payments.
  • Hosting, technical, analytics, security, or operational service providers.
  • Professional advisers or authorities where required for legal purposes.

6. Payment Processing

Pixels Platform is the seller of record for subscriptions purchased on our website. Tap Payments acts as our payment processor: it handles the card transaction itself and the security of card data under its own systems and PCI obligations.

Because we are the seller, questions about your subscription, billing, refunds or a disputed charge should come to us first, at the contact address at the end of this policy. Tap Payments processes the payment on our behalf and cannot resolve those matters for us.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Processing

Because we use online service providers and payment processors, your information may be processed in countries outside Kuwait. Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that transferred data receives an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

10. Your Rights

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Object to or request restriction of certain processing.

10a. Deleting Your Account

In the Pixels mobile app you can delete your account yourself, at any time, from Profile → Delete account. This removes your account and the personal data attached to it — your profile, your community messages and direct messages, and your course progress — from our systems. It is immediate and cannot be undone, and it ends any access your subscription granted.

Deleting your account does not by itself cancel billing arranged through our payment provider. If you have an active subscription, cancel it with the provider as well, or contact us and we will help.

11. Minors

Pixelsplatform.io is not intended for persons who cannot legally consent under applicable law without parental or guardian involvement. If we learn that personal data has been collected from a minor in violation of applicable law, we may take steps to delete or restrict that information.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for core functionality, account access, security, analytics, or service improvement.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third parties.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
