Access is granted through subscription plans only. By purchasing, you agree that:

• Access is granted for the specific period shown at checkout.
• Pricing and included content may change from time to time.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically as stated during checkout.
• Access depends on maintaining an active, paid membership.
• You can cancel at any time: cancelling stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Subscriptions bought on our website are sold through our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com). Dodo Payments takes the payment, charges any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt, and handles order-related inquiries, refunds and chargebacks, keeping card data secure under its own systems and PCI obligations. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments’ terms.

We do not see or store your full payment card details. You agree to provide valid, authorised payment information. You can update your card, view invoices or cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription on the website.

If you subscribe in the Pixels iOS app, the purchase is made through Apple’s App Store and is billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded by Apple under its terms. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Questions about your account or access can come to us at any time, and we will help, including with anything that Dodo Payments or Apple has to resolve.

You agree not to violate laws, infringe rights, harass others, or interfere with Website security. We reserve the right to investigate and terminate access for any violations of conduct protocols.

Community content and zero tolerance

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour anywhere in the Pixels community, including channels and direct messages.

When you post a message, choose a display name or upload a picture, you are responsible for that content. You must not post anything that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights, and you must not impersonate another person or send unsolicited advertising.

Reporting, blocking and enforcement

Every message in the app can be reported by pressing and holding it, and any member can be blocked from the same menu, from their row in the members list, or from the direct-message screen. Blocking is mutual: a blocked member can no longer message you, and neither of you will see the other in the community. You can review and undo your blocks at any time under Settings → Blocked users.

We review reported content within 24 hours. Content found to breach these Terms is removed, and the accounts responsible may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice and without refund. Repeated or severe breaches result in permanent removal from the Services.
